Women's Health

Hormonal transitions, bone, body composition, sleep and metabolic risk, together.

Who it is forWomen who want their perimenopause, menopause or hormonal health handled with measurement and a plan rather than reassurance.

What we watch
  • The hormonal picture through perimenopause and menopause
  • Bone density and the muscle that protects it
  • Body composition tracked with BIA rather than the scale
  • Sleep, mood and energy read alongside the bloods
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk, which changes after menopause

Measured rather than dismissed

Symptoms through a hormonal transition are routinely attributed to age and left there. The alternative is not more sympathy: it is data. A full panel, body composition, bone-relevant markers and a physician who reads them against your own history and your symptoms together.

What the program actually involves

A full baseline, a physician-written plan covering medicine where indicated, strength training, nutrition and sleep, and a coach who runs the week with you. Monthly physician review, quarterly re-measurement, and a record that shows what has changed rather than asking you to remember.

Where hormonal therapy fits

It is one option among several, decided on your results, your history and your preference, with monitoring from the start. Training and nutrition are not the consolation prize here: through a hormonal transition they change outcomes, and they are prescribed as seriously as anything else.

Start with the baseline

The method only works from a measurement.

Everything above starts at the same place: one visit that maps where you actually are. What follows is decided by what that visit finds.
